Als Leader muss man nicht nur gut managen und Sachthemen beherrschen, es geh\u00f6ren auch soziale, kommunikative, kreative und vision\u00e4re F\u00e4higkeiten dazu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"schwarz\">Die F\u00fchrungskraft ist idealerweise Vorbild und Leitfigur seiner Mitarbeiter. Sie geht mit gutem Beispiel voran, steht zu ihrem Wort und dient dem Unternehmen und den Mitarbeitern im Sinne der Unternehmensziele.<\/p>\n<p class=\"schwarz\">Leider stehen heutzutage Werte wie Integrit\u00e4t, Ethik und das Dienen einer Sache kaum auf der Liste der Anforderungen f\u00fcr F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte.
